Through the online lessons, the participants are expected to improve their Japanese language skills for opening up better career opportunities and building competencies in Japan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Up to date, we have offered courses for beginner level and N3 preparation, but this year we&#8217;re changing the beginner class to an intermediate class in order to help learners find more stable employment in Japan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Course outline:\u00a0<\/strong><br>Intermediate Class<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Period:\u00a0<br>\u30fbTerm1: Tuesday, August 12 &#8211; Thursday, October 2<br>\u30fbTerm2: Tuesday, October 14 &#8211; Tuesday, December 2<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lesson hours:\u00a0<br>\u30fbTuesdays and Thursdays\u00a0<br>\u30fb7:00 PM \u2013 9:00 PM (Japan time)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lesson fee: No fee is required<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Type of class: Online class (Zoom)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Class: Intermediate level, focusing on working environment<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Number of participants:&nbsp; Maximum 6&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Target: Afghan evacuees and residents in Japan who have difficulty in returning home<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deadline for submission: Monday, July 14&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>**A follow-up course for preparation for job interview and CV writing will follow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Eligibility:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Applicants must be at a pre-intermediate level in Japanese. (This course is not for beginners or advanced learners above JLPT N3 level.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Applicants must be older than 15 years old (negotiable for participation under 15 years)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Applicants should be able to attend every class and submit their homework every week. (more than 3 day absences or more than 2 tardies without prior notice to the teacher (more than 10 minutes late) will be considered as failure to continue the program and will not be allowed to participate thereafter)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a0Participants should be willing to find employment (or build a further career) in Japan after completion of the class.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">This Class Is Suitable For<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Learners who:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Can read and write hiragana and katakana<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Can read and write some basic kanji<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Can have simple conversations with coworkers\/managers or friends<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">What You Will Learn<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This class is designed for people who:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Want to study vocabulary and grammar at the intermediate level (JLPT N4 \/ CEFR A2 level)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Want to improve speaking and listening skills for the workplace<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Want to learn how to use the right expressions depending on the situation and the person they are talking to<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>*This is not a JLPT preparation course. The main goal of this course is to improve your practical Japanese communication skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Motivation letter:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please submit your motivation letter in the application form to explain why you want to participate in the course. Including:<br>*Your overall situation of life in Japan;<br>*The reason and purpose of your study of Japanese;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>* Your plan for your job-hunting after completion of this course.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please upload it to the form together with your CV.
