Through the online lessons, the participants are expected to improve their Japanese language skill for opening up better career opportunities and building competencies in Japan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Course outline (<strong>Please choose which course you would like to attend in the options provided in the application form<\/strong>):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Beginner level class<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Period: November 2nd week &#8211; December 4th week\u00a0<br>Lesson hours: Tuesday 7:00-9:00pm and Thursday 7:00-9:00pm<br>Lessen fee: No fee is required<br>Type of class: Online class (Zoom)<br>Class: Beginner level (for people already learned 30-50 hours, can read and write Hiragana), focusing on working environment<br>Number of participants: 6<br>Target: Afghan evacuees and residents in Japan who have difficulty in returning home<br>Deadline for submission: Thursday 13th October\u00a0<br>*The participant will be entitled to take an upper-level course if they attend all the lessons and pass the exam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Basic level class<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Period: November 3rd week &#8211; January 1st week&nbsp;<br>Lesson hours: Monday 7:00-9:00pm and Wednesday 7:00-9:00pm<br>Lessen fee: No fee is required<br>Type of class: Online class (Zoom)<br>Class: Basic level (for people already learned around 51 &#8211; 100 hours, can have basic conversation), focusing on working environment<br>Number of participants: 4 (maximum)<br>Target: Afghan evacuees and residents in Japan who have difficulty in returning home<br>Deadline for submission: Thursday 13th October&nbsp;<br>*The participant will be entitled to take a follow-up job preparation class after the term completes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Qualification:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Applicants have to be at beginner level (30-50 hours of study) or basic level (around 51 &#8211; 100 hours) in Japanese (it is not a course for intermediate or advanced)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Applicants have to be older than 15 years old (negotiable for participation under 15 years)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Applicants should be able to attend every class and submit your homework every week. (<strong>more than 3 absences or more than 2 tardies without prior notice to the teacher (more than 10 minutes late) will be considered as failure to continue the program and will not be allowed to participate thereafter<\/strong>)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participants should be willing to find employment (or build a further career) in Japan after completion of the class<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Motivation letter:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please upload your motivation letter to explain why you want to participate in the course in English. Including:<br>*Your overall situation of life in Japan;<br>*The reason and purpose of your study of Japanese;<br>* Your plan for your job-hunting after completion of this course.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>and upload it to the form together with your CV.
