(Three sessions are scheduled to be held online, and one in person.)<br>-The specific dates and times will be determined individually in consultation with your mentor.<br>-Each session will focus on a specific topic. Number of recruitments<\/strong>: 20<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4.Cost:<\/strong> Free of charge<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5.Eligibility for Application: <\/strong>Persons who fall under all of the following categories<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; Refugee-background youth from Syria, Afghanistan, Ukraine, Myanmar with resident status with work permit (including part-time work permit), residing in Japan.<br>&#8211; Must be between 20 and 37 years of age<br>&#8211; Minimum of N3 equivalent (600 hours) of Japanese language study experience and the ability to speak, read and write at a business level in Japanese.<br>&#8211; B2 level English proficiency, with the ability to speak, read and write at a business level in English<br>&#8211; Those who are in strong need of employment and are actually looking for work or have begun job hunting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">*Participants of past sessions of job hunting mentorship by Pathways Japan may apply but will only be considered for selection if there are openings available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u3010Travel Expenses\u3011<\/strong> Partial subsidies are available for mentees outside the Greater Tokyo Area<br>*For participants outside the Greater Tokyo Area attending in-person mentorship sessions, we will provide partial subsidies to eligible applicants within the available budget.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>6. Application review criteria<\/strong><br>If the number of applicants exceeds the maximum number, participants will be selected based on the following criteria<br>&#8211; Persons regarded to have a high need for individual guidance, advice,or consultation<br>&#8211; Applicants must meet the eligibility requirements<br>&#8211; Those with a high need for early employment<br>&#8211; Have a clear will to seek employment and concrete plans, with the awareness of challenges they are facing.<br>&#8211; Have Japanese language skills appropriate for the desired position, or be prepared for job-hunting for any position according to their language skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>7.
